The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting patients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, handling insurance issues and working with other staff members to make sure patients receive quality care in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
Receive patients and insurance information.
Schedule appointments.
Evaluate patient information for completeness and correctness.
Enter insurance and demographic information into computer.
Verify insurance coverage with insurance carrier before scheduling appointments or procedures.
Troubleshoot insurance problems.
